Alors quelles sont les tendances qui vont inspirer la déco scandinave en 2012? Voici quelques thèmes que l'on verra certainement davantage cette année!

So what are the trends that will inspire Scandinavian interior design during 2012? Here are a few things that we will certainly see more of this year!


BOIS / WOOD

La nature nordique continue à être une grande source d'inspiration et le bois est plus présent que jamais dans la déco. On n'hésite pas à mélanger différentes essences de bois, en état brut ou traité, mais on se soucie de l'aspect environnemental et préfère acheter du bois provenant de notre coin de la planète.

The Nordic nature continues to be an important source of inspiration and wood is more present than ever in interior design. We gladly mix different species of wood, raw or treated, but are concerned about environmental issues and prefer buying wood that originates from our own part of the world.


TAPIS KILIMS / KILIM RUGS

C'est le grand retour du tapis kilim et autres tapis orientaux. Parfaits pour réchauffer un intérieur blanc ou adoucir une déco graphique en noir & blanc. Ou pourquoi pas combiner plusieurs tapis pour créer un grand tapis patchwork.

It's the great return of the kilim rug and other oriental rugs. Perfect for adding warmth to a white decor or soften a graphic black & white look. Or why not combine several rugs to create a large patchwork rug.

Une norvégienne à Paris

A deux jours de Noël, voilà une maison qui n'a rien à voir avec Noël justement... Cet appartement à la déco bien scandinave se trouve pourtant à Paris et appartient à Signe Nordli Becker, une designer norvégienne. J'aime beaucoup la palette en blanc, bois et vert, un peu comme dans ces images que j'avais montré avant.

With Christmas being only two days away, here's a home that has got nothing Christmas like about it... This Scandinavian looking flat is actually situated in Paris and belongs to Signe Nordli Becker, a Norwegian designer. Love the white, wood and green colour scheme, a bit like in these pictures that I showed before.

Un sapin différent

Les premiers jours ici en Suède ont été bien remplis, d'où cette pause non planifiée ici sur le blog, désolée... En tout cas, je suis ravie de voir la neige à nouveau, et je suis contente que les températures ne soient pas si extrêmes qu'à Noël l'année dernière, où nous avons eu -28°!
Voici une maison danoise avec un sapin de Noël et un peu différent... Bonne semaine!

The first few days here in Sweden have been quite busy, which is the reason for this non planned blog break, sorry... Anyway, I'm very happy to see snow again and I'm also glad the temperatures are not as extreme as last Christmas when we had -28°!

Lokal 54 + Moikka Magazine

L'inspiration du jour vient de Lokal 54, une agence suédoise de design graphique / photo / stylisme / déco d'intérieur, dont le blog est plein de jolies images comme celles-ci.

Un duplex à Rörsjöstaden

J'aime beaucoup les couleurs douces de ce duplex dans le quartier de Rörsjöstaden à Göteborg. L'atmosphère y semble si calme et reposante... Quelques détails que j'aime tout particulièrement: le carrelage de la cuisine, l'escalier, la peinture au-dessus du canapé, les fanions dans la chambre, et les fenêtres foncées.

Maintenant je pars pour un après-midi de shopping, car dans trois jours je m'envole pour la Suède! J'ai hâte!

I like the muted colour scheme in this 2-storey flat in Rörsjöstaden, Göteborg. There seems to be such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere... A few details that I especially like: the tiles in the kitchen, the stairs, the painting above the couch, the pennants in the bedroom, and the dark windows.

Now I'm off for an afternoon of shopping, because in three days I'll be flying to Sweden! Can't wait!

2012 Tangerine Tango

C'est officiel, Tangerine Tango est le nom de la couleur de l'année 2012 selon Pantone. Ce rouge orangé succédera donc au Rose Chèvrefeuille, couleur de l'année 2011. Voilà ce que le Pantone Color Institute dit à propos de Tangerine Tango:
"Sophistiqué, mais à la fois intense et séduisant, Tangerine Tango est un orange très profond. Rappelant les ombres rayonnantes d'un coucher de soleil, Tangerine Tango marie la vivacité du rouge et la montée d'adrénaline qu’il provoque avec la convivialité et la chaleur du jaune pour former une teinte magnétique à haute visibilité d’où émanent chaleur et énergie."
Alors pour rajouter un peu de chaleur et d'énergie à votre intérieur et à votre vie, une touche de Tangerine Tango suffit... c'est Pantone qui le dit!

Reminiscent of the radiant shadings of a sunset, Tangerine Tango marries the vivaciousness and adrenaline rush of red with the friendliness and warmth of yellow, to form a high-visibility, magnetic hue that emanates heat and energy."
So if you want to add some heat and energy to your home and to your life, a touch of Tangerine Tango is all it takes... that's what Pantone says!
